Spiritual warfare workshop (17/1)

WELL, it was awesomely awesome

The presence of God was so strong in the worship, his love and presence was so powering! I am so happy to be a Christian and to be close to him... Just feel so loved and happy

The speaker for the workshop told us her life story- she used to be bhuddist and someone told her about her fate if she didn't believe in Christ. She challenged that perosn to show her heaven was real. And sure ebough, the perosn went away and decided to just leave her alone, BUT what happened to her spiritually in the coming months was a huge shock to her. So many things

So she did run to God in the end,. And she heard his voice and he helped her through everything

she started having spirits in her house disturb her and God told her: USE UR AUTHORITY! Cast them out

So she did. And they left.

Hallelujah

I love you LORD!

The Kayla BBG workout

When Adeline asked me to do with her this BBG WORKOUT I seriously thought it meant "Babygirlworkout"

BIKINI BODY GIRL

well hopefully it does give me a bikini body! There's like schedules everyday what to do to achieve the body.

For the first day today it's 35 mins of brisk walking 

So me and Adeline walked from woodlands mrt to sembawang 

Not enough to me, wanna walk even more coz it's fun and we get to share silly stuff Tgt :p

Then Opposite SSC Adeline ate her You huak Bai mi fen while I just got my lime jelly

Ain't really like it , not to my taste buds, but If only their mi fen got no meat I sure will eat one! ❤️ 

Their veggies look really good esp the Petai and Okra! Talking about it now just makes me wanna drool all over my pillow <\3
